lol I did paint on a little book...and a little on myself too! I was just having fun. It's supposed to be an anatomical heart, but I didn't want to paint the details or it might look eerie.
By the way, those little books are also by moleskine (cahier notebooks). I always have one in my bag to sketch or take notes in. You can find those on dickblick.com too!
